Good stay, would be better if provided some essentials.
Good value for money.
No kitchen towel, no washing up liquid, bottle opener and no shower foot mat.

Awful! ❌Avoid❌ Property was filthy on arrival!
Location. Close to JR Hospital & Nuffield.
The property was filthy upon arrival! Stains on bed sheets. Hairs everywhere on bed, shower area + toilet. Dead flies in wardrobe. Photos on Booking.com are sadly not a representation of what was found on entering property. Daughter didn’t stay. We took photographs. Property owners not co operating either with a refund. Price of property was £95 for one night. Really disappointed as have never had any other issues with Booking.com previously. Customer services really not helpful 😔

Reasonable accommodation near JRH but kitchen, heating and parking situation could be better
Easy to collect the keys and get in. Clear instructions given for access. It is very convenient for headington and JR hospital. Bed was comfortable.
I think it is mis-sold a little as the listing suggests there is a kitchen. There is not; there is a microwave cooker hybrid and some shelves with a few bits on. There is no kitchen sink or anywhere to wash pots. It is also sold as having parking and I was able to park in the evening which was appreciated. However I had agreed in advance that I could park in the day, both times I stayed here there was someone else parked in the space. One evening there was someone in the space meaning I had to use another despite clear instructions advising me to use a specific spot so then I was concerned that my car would be in the way. I would not have minded had it not been agreed in advance that I could park in the day time too. This left me struggling to find parking with v little time to get to my meetings. I found the host slow to respond and responses were short and didn't actually address my question when I contacted to explain that I was expecting to be able to park but the space was occupied. Missing a few basics like a bath mat for the shower and it's an outbuilding that was cold even when the outside temperate was mild. All the heaters are on a manual timer and were turned off in a way I could not override which meant I wasn't able to use them and was therefore cold. If I pay to stay somewhere I expect to be able to have the temperature within my control.
