  The villa is very aesthetically pleasing and features a huge bathroom that was a highlight of the space. Having a cafe right on site was a great amenity, and it was very convenient to be able to communicate with the property management via WhatsApp.

  Unfortunately, we faced several issues during our stay. On arrival, the pool had not been cleaned for a few days and had a buildup of animal droppings on the outskirts; we had to request multiple times before it was finally cleaned. The pool filter was not even turned on and was blocked with leaves until they finally cleaned it a few days into our stay. The hot water did not work for the first two days, and the villa floors were so dirty that our feet were constantly black. Additionally, the mattress was hard as a rock. When we requested a separate quilt to soften it, they only provided a thin blanket. Finally, while WhatsApp was great for communication, the service was inconsistent and required constant follow-ups just to complete simple requests, like delivering fresh towels. I also lost a few items of clothing through the laundry service.

  We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at The Young Villas Dolce in Uluwatu. The villa was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Andre, who assisted us with our very late check-in and made sure everything was perfectly set up for our arrival. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated. The spa was very clean and inviting, offering a lovely atmosphere to relax and unwind. The outdoor restaurant also had great vibes, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. . Overall, we appreciated the villa's cleanliness, the relaxing atmosphere, the lovely facilities, and the excellent hospitality, especially from Andre.

  The complimentary laundry service was another thoughtful benefit offered by the property, which we appreciated. However, the laundry service needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, despite being a complimentary service, we were disappointed to discover that some of our clothes were missing and others had been damaged. This was frustrating and affected an otherwise enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend that management implement a proper laundry-control procedure, including counting and recording every item collected, confirming the quantity with the guest, and carefully checking all items before returning them. Even when laundry is provided free of charge, guests' belongings should be handled with the utmost care and responsibility. Any missing or damaged items should also be addressed promptly and professionally. With better laundry handling and quality control, The Young Villas Dolce could deliver an even better guest experience. We hope management takes this feedback constructively to maintain the high standard of hospitality the property aims to offer

  The villa was huge and with a good pool size for the number of people. Quite environment with good cafe and spa in the villa. The team was very quick to response for any request. All communications were through whatsapp and effective.

  The kitchen was simple equiped with just for simple cooking. Aircon remotes were not working well. Towels were lacking and requiring to request. Not much things in the surrounding.
