    The location is great, and the staff is very helpful and kind

    Overall, it’s not that the stay was bad, it’s that the price I paid for it is absolutely unacceptable. 250 pound a night for a room that is basically Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs? A bed hard as a rock, no space to even put your suitcase on the floor, barely any amenities, an AC that’s incredibly loud? This is the kind of hotel I would stay at as a teenager, and it was ok because I paid 50 pounds a night. I know this is central London, but come on.

    Perfect location and brilliant staff.

    Location was fab, very close to Holborn underground, 10-15 mins from Covent Garden.

    Air-con broke in room late at night. That being said when we spoke to the manager and we were moved to a room that was really comfortable.
