    Great location and wonderful staff

This is my go to hotel when I'm in London. The location is close to everything-major sites, pubs, dining, shopping, etc. The hotel room is small, but a great value. I wouldn't recommend bringing large suitcases as there isn't much space for those. The beds are comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are so kind and helpful. I also like that there is a cafe inside where you can order food, coffee or wine anytime.

The bathroom just needs more hooks to hang up the towels.
