A better price, more spacious, well equipped kitchen, separate living/ dining space and with a king sized bed bedroo
The Smart layout, a great location, the size of the bedroom, a king bed with plenty of space, very well equipped kitchen (all you would need to make a meal), a comfortable couch. Very modern feel.
Late check-in and too early out, 10am. Some water stains in the bedroom, by the window, should be fixed, it just downgrades the apt, which really nice and cozy.

convenient location and csr was nice
paid for late check out and the maid still opened the door at 10am even though it was moved to 12pm walls are gross view of the brick wall was disappointing overall cleanness was questionable room smelled really bad shower didn't drain when we got there and flooded the bathroom overall just got a really bad vibe from the place, definitely not going to rebook next time we are back

The apartment was beautiful. Primary suite was very comfortable.
The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable as was the bed in the guest room. We were relocated because of flooding in our original apartment, which was appreciated, but they moved us after we had parked the car for 2 days and it was quite a walk.
