  Very disappointing.

  The location was great, easy to find and easy to access. It had enough beds for our group. The beds we used were very comfortable and clean. The owner communicated well before and during check in.

  The cleanliness, the condition of the property, the inability to use the toilets (one was leaking badly, I’m going to assume the cleaner/owner had put a towel down at the back of the toilet) so we didn’t use this one. The other downstairs seemed to be constantly in a state of being blocked, so we tried to use facilities out of the apartment. This was noted on a previous review, I’d imagined it would have been fixed by now. There was quite a bit of damp, especially in the room above the leaking toilet, stains, cracks and dirt along the walls and doors, there was a message written in (what I hope) was chocolate finger painted on one of the bedroom doors saying saying “Hi”. Broken and badly fitted sky light blinds and broken bannister spire which could be dangerous with toddlers. I went to make a coffee, I pulled a mug out of the cupboard and it wasn’t clean and was stuck to the base. The remaining washing up liquid was watered down that much I’m sure it was just water. Thankfully I didn’t need to buy essentials as we were there for one night. The fresh milk wasn’t there, and the fridge was dirty. I’d messaged the owner to let them know about the toilet, he said he’d get someone to look at it. Again, this was mentioned in a previous review so unsure if this was just to pacify us. I’m not a clean snob by all means, but if they’re paying someone to clean, I’d change companies. It could be a lovely place to stay, but it needs repairs and a good thoroughfare clean. It wasn’t worth the money we paid for one night. If I thought I had a chance at a refund with booking.com, I’d be putting in for a partial one for the inability to use the toilets which I think is obviously the bare minimum next to somewhere to sleep. Hopefully it’s fixed for the next clients.

  It wasn’t good because the apartment didn’t look like on the pictures but the location is amazing it’s right in the cent

  The location,otherwise nothing

  Very dirty , full of spiders I was scared to sleep because of the spiders,no toilet paper it was stincking, no hair drier the walls were very very dirty, on the ceiling was a weird liking, the whole house were sticky , the toilet was discussing and it was not working properly. The lengery smelled very bad and they were dirty , when I called the number which was saying “contact the property” ,someone came and didn’t done anything even if I showed them that the sheets smelled and were dirty.Otherwise,the location is excellent,but unfortunately the property was very dirty. The oven was really really dirty

  Wouldn’t recommend for families

  The location is handy for attractions and decent size.

  The property was very tired, not super clean. In need of work. Cracks, leaks, damp patches. Needs new pillows as they were almost hollow. An apartment for 10 people and there is only 1 small couch to sit on, no chairs, a few small stools in kitchen but no table. Was enough plates and glasses for people, but not really enough cooking stuff and one tiny fridge no freezer just a freezer compartment. So wouldn’t recommend if want to cook/eat in.
