  Exceptional experience

  I had an exceptional experience during our four-day stay with my wife. Simply a perfect 10/10. The apartment itself was outstanding: spotlessly clean, spacious, modern, and felt more like staying in a luxury hotel than in a regular apartment. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the nearby private parking was a great convenience. The location is excellent, situated in a safe and pleasant part of the city (although Thessaloniki as a whole felt very safe to us). The waterfront is about a 15 to 20-minute walk away at a comfortable pace. Getting back was always easy, and we usually used a taxi, which cost only around €4-5. In our opinion, this was much more convenient than driving our own car. Ioanna is an exceptional host. She is kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She provided us with detailed instructions regarding the apartment, local area, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. When I return to Thessaloniki, this apartment will definitely be my first choice again. In fact, I have already recommended it to several of my friends. A big thank you to both Ioanna and George for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and overall experience.

  This absolutely lovely apartment has everything you might need!

  Lovely apartment in the old part of town, set in a great location. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet it’s only a ten-minute walk to Rotunda and about twenty minutes to the sea and boulevard. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything you might need—aside from a dishwasher, which we didn’t miss at all. It also includes a range of thoughtful extras for added convenience. Not only are standard toiletries like shampoo provided, but also items such as hand cream, cotton pads, and makeup remover. There were even some snacks waiting for us on the kitchen table and in the fridge, and the kitchen itself is fully equipped, including baking sheets for the oven. Additional touches like a first aid kit, an umbrella, and even a phone charger (in case you forgot yours) made the stay especially comfortable.

  It took us a while to find out how the shower works (but that's probably just us....)
