This was a very beautiful stay! It was clean and nice. The heated towel rack in the main bathroom was a plus. The beds were very comfortable.
Location is WRONG. Booking app will take you to the wrong gate. I exchanged numerous messages via chat where they cut and paste the same answer over and over. I finally asked for GPS coordinates and they were even worst taking us about 5 miles away from the correct location. We drove all along the hwy, stopping at every gate to try the lock boxes. Key said cabin 7, but unlocked cabin 2. Soending an extra hour trying to locate your stay for the night is a huge waste. Do NOT expect the hot tub to warm up. After hours of messaging and being told controls for the hot tub were on the side of the hot tub, we found the control pad by the door. You are told you can adjust temp via the control panel, but this is not true. It is controlled remotely by someone else. By the time they adjusted the temp, it heated up about 5 degrees and then cooled back off due to the temp being turned back down remotely. The hot tub was one of the amenities we were looking most forward to. This was very disappointing.and I do not recommend spending this much money for the trouble.

Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell, wir haben mehr Handtücher geordert und am nächsten Tag waren sie da.der hot Tube funktionierte nicht perfekt aber es war sofort ein Elektriker vor Ort. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit... Danke!!!
Die Wegbeschreibung war mangelhaft, wir standen lt. Navi vor einer anderen Schranke ... letztendlich trotzdem alles gefunden . Bademäntel für den hot Tube waren toll. Sonst nichts auszusetzen
