    I seldom have a problem with any accomodation I have booked in Bookibg.com. However this one was a disappointing experie

    Booked this for a weekend away back in August. Property had not been checked in between changed property managers, Water pump failed so was no water. Was very little heating and was very cold during the night. Couldn’t get a hold of BACHCARE on their after hours contact number, Had to wait until the following day. Was granted the option of another stay by the owner ( which was great) but decided against this and was granted a refund however huge fees were taken off. Lost a third of my costs overall . This was most disappointing as the property failed to meet standards through no fault of our own,

    Very good

    There is direct access to the beach (though unfortunately we arrived just after a cyclone & the beach access was completely flooded). Plenty of rooms & everything you could need.

    The water pressure was pretty average. There was a bit of noise from surrounding properties.
