The staff were helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond to make the stay special due to a special birthday visit. The room was comfy and had all facilities needed for a pleasant stay.

    Stay here was almost perfect

Rooms where lovely. Loved the shower other than the fact we had to put the shower head on the floor as is was dripping even when turned off. Location was perfect and most of the staff were lovely too.

The only downside i had which was quite big for me was we felt rushed to get out of the room. After breakfast around 9am we went back to the room to find a cleaner in there. She asked when we was leaving. Around 20 mins later she knocked on the door to see if we'd left yet. After telling her we was freshening up before leaving she knocked again, and again 20 mins later. When checkout is 11am i don't expect to be rushed to leave my room.

Super pobyt , super hotel . Polecam

Hotel w rewelacyjnym miejscu , 2 minuty do Trafalgar Square i 3 minuty do Leicester Square, a do Piccadilly square 10 minut piechotą .Pokój dosyć duży , tylko bardzo mała łazienka . Wygodne łóżka . Dobre śniadania

    Bardzo skrzypią i trzaskają drzwi
