    Een ramp. 5de verdieping met kapotte liften. Geen geld aan geven.

    1 Lift al maand kapot, Enige 2de valt regelmatig uren uit. Zat op verouderde studio op 5de verdieping met partner die gehandicapt is toen lift weer uren uitviel. Volgens de eigenaar moest ik maar de hulpdiensten (brandweer dus) bellen als hij niet beneden raakte zoals men de week ervoor met een overleden dame op het 5de moest doen. Een alternatief in zijn hotel Lerouck was er niet. 140€ per nacht betaald en eigenaar verwonderd dat ik geld terugvroeg. Kreeg zelfs geen korting.

    Naar onze mening te duur

    Goed bed, terras met uitzicht, ondanks dat de balustrade beetje los staat. Keukentje en TV

    Badkamer, wc-bril los, douchegordijn gaat over afvoer. Als je doucht loopt de douchebak vol, oude tegels, is aan vernieuwing toe.
