Very unpleasant place.
The advert photos are misrepresentation of the reality and I don’t know who writes their reviews, family and friends? I’ll add 3 current photos of the bathroom which represent the overall state of the place. Once you enter the building through the communal door you see dirty staircase and you’re hit with a musky smell which only gets worse when you open the door to the flat. Bathroom stinks of sewage and drains. This advert suggests that this is a modern flat, but this is just an old flat in an old neglected building.

Unpleasant experience.
The apartment was quiet, enough stuff were available in the property.
The carpet is very filthy and unhygienic. Smell mouldy when you enter the main entrance. Very bad smell from the bathroom drainage. I would say every one should avoid the apartment No.3 until the issues solved.

Piacevole con tutti i confort a portata di mano...
Posizione ottima. Vicino ai migliori locali del centro e della zona vicino a Sophia Garden.
La pulizia. Letti con un materasso sporco e lenzuola altrettanto sporche. Chiesto di cambiarle, portate il giorno seguente. Per il materasso portato il coprimaterasso su nostro suggerimento. Il frigorifero non ci è stato fornito con il freezer pulito. vi era troppo ghiaccio che ha mandato in sovraccarico l'impianto elettrico... Dopo 24 ore di black-out l'impianto è tornato a funzionare regolarmente per il parziale scongelamento. Dopodichè è funzionato regolarmente per il resto del soggiorno.

Lovely cosy comfortable apartment
Convenient and cosy apartment. Great for our needs. It was warm but we’d taken a fan so was okay. Free parking outside. Great communication from owner.
It was quite warm in the heatwave. Extra fans would be welcome. Freezer needs defrosting and in kitchen it was a bit sticky around cooker-think from cooking oil.
