員工服務很好，有專車送我們到BTS站， 房內地方寬躺，清潔，有2個房間，2個洗手間，很方便，也有露台，就是欠缺洗衣設備不太方便

トンロー駅まで無料トゥクあり
24時間フロントに人がいるのでチェックインが遅くなっても大丈夫でした。 トンロー駅まで無料トゥクがあるので助かりました。 大人4人でとても快適に過ごせました。

Good location, easy access to food & transportation. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Shuttle service available to BTS. Overall value for money. However, bad experience with reception staff (Ms Yammy). She was unprofessional throughout the stay. Hospitality is about making the guests feel welcome - Yammy is verbally rude, no smiles & not professional when communicating. I speak fluent Thai so it wasn't communication issues

최악의 모기소굴
방에 모기 소굴입니다. 약 쳐달랬더니 없다합니다. 사와서라도 처리를 해달랬더니 모기기피제 바르고 자라합니다. 제가 직접 편의점가서 모기약 사왔습니다. 최악입니다. 방청결도 엄청 더럽구요. 메이드나 리셉션이나 직원 불친절 극에 달합니다. 최근 가본 숙소중 최악. 앞으로도 이런곳은 없을듯합니다
