Scope for improvement to add a bit premium touch - personal opinion
Property is quite good in its own right and big and pool is an added advantage. Balconies for every room and bathrooms are also sufficient. With cook being complimentary and you pay only for the cooking items/ration - this works wonders in saving hell lot of money plus cooked food is exceptional
It wont necessarily will give you a premium or luxury feel, you may get a little disappointed if you expect a premium stay, but works ok.

Fantastic stay at Thor Villa! We traveled as a large group with kids and the 5 BHK layout was perfect for us. The building is beautiful and very well-kept. A huge shoutout to the caretaker for his amazing behavior and helpful nature. The food served was top-notch. Clean, spacious, and highly recommended for families visiting Goa.
