    I did not stay. The apartment was filthy.

    I booked this apartment for my friend and myself. We have been on many holidays together but in all our breaks away we have never been in an apartment that was so filthy. After finally checking the bathroom and seeing black mould around the bath we decided that there is no way we would stay there. It took many phone calls with a person called "Nebster" to sort this out. We ended up being transferred to another property. Nebster had sent cleaners in to Thorley Court but there is no way that they could have cleaned up in a short amount of time. We met the cleaners and they agreed with us, they sent photographs of the dirt and grime to Nebster who then agreed to placing another property at our disposal "Daulton Rd". I am just so amazed that a property that was so very substandard in every way could be let out in that ghastly condition. I was so terribly disappointed at what happened that I can honestly say I will never arrange another holiday with Booking.Com
