    Magnificent location with friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable accommodation and excellent meals.

    The view is magnificent. Staff helpful. friendly and efficient. Tea plantation tour very special experience. Excellent meals.

    Magical setting with wonderful staff.

    Fabulous in-the-clouds location with views to die for. Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive & professional at all times. The team went out of their way to make a memorable Christmas experience which really elevated the stay! Plenty of communal spaces to lounge in.

    Our room (Duncan) was lovely, but very expensive even for the time of year (Christmas). It wasn't particularly big and unfortunately was located near the bar/dining area so quite noisy late at night and early morning. Also not much privacy if you wanted to open the curtains.
