  Good enough stay, comfy beds, good aircon & kitchen, shame about cockroach's. Images not fully true

  We had a great stay here, with a crib and high chair, it was perfect for a 1 year old. Aircon made the heat bearable and the large fridge kept us fully stocked with food and drinks. Check in was very easy, clear instructions, got in quick and painless. One of the guests very much enjoyed playing the piano there and provided many joyful occasions. Location was great, easy to get everywhere we needed to go with the car. Dining table great for eating or just sitting. Plenty of plug sockets Nice to have a downstairs toilet as well, though no lock on the doors... Lots of cupboard/drawer space.

  We did have issues with cockroach's on a daily basis. There was no excess toilet paper so we had to buy it while out there, as well as bin bags. Sofa's were ok, could feel the structure in the centre of the bigger seats though, no image of the actual ones there, seem to have downgraded. There is water damage to the ceiling in the lounge under the upstairs bathroom where water splashes to. Only one light, which is above the mirror so quite dark in the evenings. Several cupboards of plates and glasses, but we had to scrounge 2 bowls for cereal though. The person we suspect as the cleaner visited one day and made it confusing why she was there, and then on our check out day came at 9am when it was a 11am checkout time and made it feel awkward for us. The 2nd double bed bedroom felt like it was a children's room and felt small, where as the room with the two twin beds was larger and had the balcony, think they need to be swapped for a better stay. Sliding door for the room was also a noise issue. Sofas different and much worse than the images in pictures. Flooring is tiled, not wooden. Bathroom had a lot of scrappy silicone sealant areas. The picture with the white sofa's and piano must be from a different property, don't recognise the room. Several pictures are either not of this property and/or are photoshopped - disappearing edge of table?!? I can only assume they have added pictures for multiple properties in the same street and not identified which one you will stay in?

  One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The property was completely different from what was advertised online. The photographs on the listing created expectations that were nowhere close to reality. Upon arrival, it became immediately obvious that the accommodation did not match the images presented to guests. The condition of the property was unacceptable. There was visible dampness and moisture on the walls, numerous hygiene issues, and pests around the premises. The entrance door did not provide a reasonable sense of security, which was particularly concerning as we were travelling with a small infant. The most disturbing issue was the condition of the wooden roof. Birds had built nests inside the structure, causing damage to the wood and resulting in pieces of material falling from above. This created a serious feeling of discomfort and concern for our safety. As a family travelling with a baby, we found the property completely unsuitable and impossible to stay in. The situation was so bad that we were forced to leave and book alternative accommodation at our own expense. What makes this even more disappointing is that, after reading other reviews, it became clear that several previous guests had reported similar issues regarding the discrepancy between the advertised photos and the actual condition of the property. It is extremely frustrating to discover that these concerns appear to have been raised before, yet future guests continue to face the same experience. This booking caused significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected additional expenses during our trip. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise future travellers to read all reviews carefully and exercise caution before booking this property. I cannot recommend this accommodation under any circumstances and believe the listing should be thoroughly reviewed to ensure that it accurately represents the property being offered to guests.
