    We loved that our room was in a quiet area, central to everything & the pool was amazing. The other guests staying there were all lovely and mindful of others.

    Our room had peeling paint within the room. Apart from that everything was great.

    Great oasis in the heart of Legian.

    Our stay was great. Very clean, friendly staff, great gardens. An oasis in the middle of Legian. The restaurant has a basic buffet for breakfast which was enough for us but you can also buy extras. The pool was a good temp even though the weather was hot. Very deep pool but had a shallow area near the pool bar and a kids area. Was easy to get a lounge by the pool most times of the day. We had a deluxe double room which is near the pool but the resort is very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

    Beds, even for Bali, were pretty hard.

    Never again. I had to book another property to stay for two nights at my expense. Horrible customer service

    Nothing. I was treated like a second class citizen

    With two nights left I was asked to leave my room that I had booked. I was told that because I booked with booking.com I get whatever shit room is left. I left with two nights that I paid for.

    Lovely

    Central, cheap price, lovely staff.

    Slightly outdated however it is cheaper so it’s reasonable, more than reasonable.
