Perfect, very clean & great location
Everything was perfect. Very clean, quiet country location, close to a pub and the town of Sidmouth. Lovely welcome pack everything you needed for afternoon tea. Thank you

Exceptional
Mark and Mandy are exceptional hosts. They were so kind and really helped us when we needed it. The cottage is exceptional too, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has everything you need. We would definitely recommend Three Oaks.
