Easy check in and great communication with owner/host. Superb location for exploring the Suffolk coast, anywhere between Southwold and Ipswich. Good facilities, lovely cafe next door. Tidy and well equipped.
It's a shame that directly opposite the accommodation is a dog kennel and every morning, woken by dozens upon dozens of loud howling dogs! As other guests have said, the windows need blinds for privacy and a door on the bedroom.

Conveniently situated. Clean and well appointed apartment.
Conveniently situated to Woodbridge, Snape and Aldeburgh. Clean, modern and well appointed inside. There is a coffee shop selling bread and patisserie on site and supermarket and easterlies a short distance away. Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages were very helpful.
Privacy a little bit of an issue, could do with shutters or thin blinds to the windows and opaque film to the glass door panel. We stayed 2 nights, for a longer stay the bed could do with a better mattress

Lots was good but a few things need addressing.
The price was the cheapest I could find.
The front door had no curtain for privacy,it meant people could look in.No instruction for heating,dirt under the bed .Springs in mattress stuck in.

The accommodation exceeded expectations, we felt secure there, excellent parking and wifi.
Location was ideal for our sightseeing requirements, also had coffee shop in same location.
One minor point - small slim blind over vertical glass section in front door would improve feeling of safety.
