    Sadly we won’t be selecting this hotel again as would not wish to end up in another poor quality room.

    Good location for our business in the area Stayed here several times before. Great staff

    Our room was poor. Room 40 small double had split falling ceiling paper, obviously a highly restricted view ( atrium and inner walls) We arrived on Sunday to be told they couldn’t provide the evening dinner due to a staff illness. The hotel had tried to contact via phone and had sent e mail but due to travel and signal problems we didn’t know until we were closer. All of their dining suggestions were not available. We had to drive out yet again.

    Very pleasant and comfortable.

    Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable room and all nice and clean.

    The cracked sink. The lack of plug holes to plug everything in that we needed to.

    Nothing

    Room wasn’t clean, spiders and cobwebs everywhere,paid for a themed room, very basic, fire alarm went off 7-40 Sunday morning, staff banging around outside room at 8am. Didn’t even bother staying for for breakfast, packed and left. A complete waste of £217
