    Comfortable but disappointing. Could be a gem

    Very clean Comfortable beds

    Very hard to find .. no signage It felt very tired and in need of TLC Scissors only had one handle Basin had holes in A lot of the window glass was blown and misted Patio covered in weeds Pitch black at night .. patio light behind a tree Only 1 loo roll provided No shower gel

    Peaceful , comfortable & beautiful woodland & heath on the doorstep

    Location , very comfortable furniture & beds , well equipped , clean , outside space , beautiful walks from doorstep. Good communication with owner .

    Overall a pleasant stay in a fantastic location, the finishing touches just let the place down.

    Location was perfect, lots of walks and easy to explore the local area. Quiet location with own parking.

    Garden wasn't enclosed, not an issue but a consideration if you are taking a dog. We enjoyed our stay but things looked very tired, scissors in the draw had no handle, shower head constantly drips so you have to leave it on the floor of the bath rather than hanging it up, sponges and cloth on the sink were dirty, tile on the fireplace was loose and kept falling off, cobwebs everywhere. Everything felt like it needed a good clean. No dishwasher tablets provided in the welcome pack and only one toilet roll provided.

    Kitchen was ok , living room was ok

    Fridge didn't work properly, poor garden , beds uncomfortable, single beds broke so had to repair myself, WiFi waa absolutely terrible, attitude of owner was shockingly bad 👎
