    Spacious home. Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Close to Clarens. Great for big families. Very large kitchen which was amazing. Beautiful patio.

    Not everything was clean (bathrooms, towels, bedding). Bedding, curtains are old and worn out. No washing up things like sponges and only 1 drying cloth. Old house so chimneys to fire place not well sealed so smoke leaks through light fittings upstairs. Couches old and worn out. Description for one of the rooms is 2 double beds but there wasn't a room with 2 double beds.

    We had a problem with mice I think you should get a house cat. Cause they would run through the passage into the lounge and bedrooms they even ate some of the food. We left on the kitchen counter Also could you please get a few plastic cups and plates as we had a small child and there was nothing for kids. And a few more utensils like scissors and wine opener and sharp knives and cheese grater.

    I'm sorry I got the blocks mixed up. We loved the house it was beautiful and the staff where lovely and accommodating. Simon was so helpful and friendly It was so peaceful and the perfect place to go and unwind with family and friends
