    Nothing.

    The hotel had been closed since Aug and booking.com and the property still allowed me to reserve a room and provided confirmation. When I showed up there was no room waiting for my family. All I got was “well that stinks.” I tried calling, texting, and messaging booking.com and after 3 days finally got through to customer service only to get hung up on in the first 20 seconds. Try finding a reasonable price on a hotel at one of the top natural wonders of the world on a holiday weekend last minute at 8:30 pm. I’ll never use this service again.

    Overall a great experience!

    It was convenient to the canyon, pleasant surroundings, helpful and friendly staff

    Bien situé par rapport au Canyon mais trop délabré

    L’emplacement à l’entrée du Canyon de Chelly. Les bâtiments sont situés au milieu d’un petit bois

    Le restaurant est vraiment trop vétuste, banquettes défoncées, bac de vaisselle dans le restaurant. Nous avons renonce à y prendre le petit déjeuner
