    Great location, poor AI communication via text message, difficult to reach a real person, more for a winter getaway

    Location was great

    It was difficult to find initially and entry was complicated. The automated text message confirming the location gave the wrong street number. We were never able to access the game room or the laundry room as separate codes were needed and they weren’t given.

    Great location! Very cozy home away from home.

    The kiddos loved the bunk beds and games. Having a full kitchen was super! The room was spacious and being able to close the bedroom door for sleep was great for light sleeper traveling with noisy kids. We played pool and other games in the reck room.

    I definitely wish there was a blow dryer in the room! The stairs were a lot for grandma.

    To sum up the 2 nights stay it was very good. Kids loved it and we enjoyed our stay.

    Location was great and we liked everything. Kids had a blast.

    Maybe more warm blankets for customers who dont like to use heaters. Thanks

    It was short stay but we had a good time.

    Clean and comfortable place. Good location.

    The key's lock box code didn't work; I had to call to figure out how to get into the unit. The bathroom door needs repair. Very late check-in, 4 pm, and too early check-out, 10 am. The advertised heated Pool was not in operation.
