    Zagreb en el corazón

    La ubicación es muy buena, pues está a 300 metros del Teatro Nacional de Croacia y a unos 15 minutos a pie de la plaza Ban Jelacic, que es el centro histórico de la ciudad baja, a cuadras de todos los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. También me gusto que nos permitieran dejar nuestro equipaje en el alojamiento unas dos horas después de hacer el check out.

    Cuando tomamos la reserva se nos dio la opción de una pieza con dos camas individuales o de una cama doble extragrande. Pedimos la opción de la cama doble extragrande y nos confirmaron que había sido aceptada, pero al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con dos camas individuales. Hicimos presente esta situación al dueño y él no se preocupó ni intentó solucionar el problema, y como solución mágica y brillante nos planteó que "juntáramos las camas". Nos pareció pésimo, falta de respeto e incumplimiento de las condiciones pactadas. No volvería a alojar en este lugar. Tampoco nos gustaron las camas, son de madera dura en los costados y varias veces nos pegamos en las piernas al pasar alrededor de ellas, además había poca ropa de cama para pasar la noche que fue bastante fría. Por último, no nos gustó el acceso oscuro y estéticamente feo del ingreso al alojamiento ni lo oscura que es de noche la calle donde éste se encuentra.
