    Excellent value for money

    Spacious, very well equipped and maintained apartment, in close proximity to tram and metro green line. The host is very nice and kind gentleman, he continuously keeps in touch with tenants and answers quickly. The neighborhood is clean, lots of cozy eateries and different food shops (deli, meat, vegetables, gelateria, etc).

    The construction site on the lot next to the apartment building- they starting work daily except Sunday at 7am and making a lot of noise. The place is about 35 min ride by tram from the Termini (central train station), frequency of trams is 15 min. So, the way to the downtown is about an hour- it’s fair enough but everyone considering rent this apartment must take it into account.
