  A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Rural China! We absolutely loved our stay here! After traveling all around China, arriving at this hotel felt like coming home. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, and the homely atmosphere made the experience even more special. Every morning, they prepared wonderful food for us, and it was such a lovely way to start the day. The property was beautifully maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully taken care of to make our stay enjoyable. What made this place truly stand out was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to help us, offering rides, giving us assistance whenever we needed it, and making sure we had the best possible experience visiting the Avatar Mountains. Their kindness and genuine care made a huge difference to our trip. The hotel also gave us a wonderful glimpse into the charm of rural China, with a peaceful, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere that felt very different from the busy cities we had been exploring. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountains, we highly recommend staying here. The hospitality alone makes it worth it, and we would happily return. Thank you for making our time here so memorable!

  An absolutely wonderful stay – Exceptional hospitality!

  Absolutely recommended! Everything about our stay was excellent, but what truly made it special was the wonderful hospitality of the owners. From the very beginning, they were attentive and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The lady even used a Spanish translator to communicate with us, which was incredibly helpful and such a thoughtful gesture. They gave us detailed advice on visiting the mountain, including the best routes, different options, and everything we needed to know. The gentleman kindly drove us to the mountain entrance, picked us up afterward, and even took us to a restaurant for a meal. They were both exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They also have some adorable and friendly cats! The breakfast was delicious, with excellent flavors and a great selection of food. Our room was enormous, and despite the weather, the views were absolutely beautiful. We only wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amenities the room and hotel had to offer. An unforgettable stay, thanks especially to the amazing hospitality of the owners.

  Wir sind rundum zufrieden und haben und hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hat sich sehr bemüht uns alles recht zu machen. Die Zimmer sind groß und es ist alle da was man benötigt. Ich liebe dieses Ambiente im Hotel und auch drum herum. Es ist einwenig abgelegen, was uns persönlich gefallen hat. Wenn man rausgeht, sieht man den Tianmen Himmelstor. Das Frühstück war frisch für uns zubereitet nach Wunsch, wir hätten sogar Abendessen bestellen können. Robin ist so eine liebenswerte Person, meine ganze Familie fand sie toll. Uns wurde geholfen beim Buchen der Tickets und wir wurden sogar zum Bahnhof und zu einem Park gebracht, das ist sehr aufmerksam von den Besitzern. Wir würden Auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
