Amazing and relaxing view, with long elevator wait times.

The view was amazing! The condo is spacious, and does have all the essentials you need.

The beds were disappointing. The master bed frame must be broken and the mattress is severely worn. Felt like we were sleeping on an inversion table that sunk in the middle. When we arrived we found the toilet paper holder broken off the wall. The elevator wait time is absolutely horrible. If you stay here you will get your moneys worth and a nice view, but be aware that checking out even an hour before checkout time you may still have to wait an hour and a half to catch the elevator to bring your belongings downstairs to leave

    Good time with family

the view was great, The price was very good

We had problems with the refrigerator door, the handle was broken and never fixed, one of the deck chairs was broken and not replaced as I was told. Paper holders in the bathrooms were broken. The TV in the living room has a black spot on it and is getting bigger. The unit had been cleaned but the floor still had a lot of sand on it.

    Not as we had anticipated.

The view. The pools. Much to do in the area.

The wait for an elevator. One night 15 minutes because the first time the door opened, it was full. So then we had to wait for another one. We also had problems within the condo with the washer not working so I had to call and they did come the last day of our stay to fix it, but it was a new appliance and they had to wait for Costco to be available. That meant we couldn’t wash the towels. There were 8 people for 7 days. The manager was kind enough to send some additional towels and washcloths; however, we didn’t bring a lot of clothes because we knew we had access to a washer and dryer so that was a problem. I went to open the oven door to make tater tots and the whole door fell apart. The glass separated from the door and the handle fell off. There were screws missing, and in order to use the oven we had to put it back together and close the door by holding it on both sides. I did notify the manager and asked who I should notify. Whether that should be Tidewater or Booking.com, but no response and no one came to fix it. The large chair in the apartment which was off white in color was dirty. I had to put a towel on it before I would let anyone sit on it. There was a chair on the balcony where the seat had been ripped through so we couldn’t use that. A handheld can opener was supplied, but it didn’t work so we had to use a knife to punch several holes through the top of the can and bend the top back with the knife. There was a bowl under the sink that was catching water from a leaking pipe. A toilet paper holder was broken in one of the bathrooms. There was a lamp that was in living room on the left side of couch that was broken. I believe the part that the light was screwed into was broken off. The wooden brace underneath the kitchen table was broken off on one side so we had to keep trying to secure it each time it fell off.
