Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Herzlichen Dank Daniela, Fernanda, Kevin und Carlos für eure Herzlichkeit. Ich konnte vom Hotel aus Tukane und Affe sehen und das Personal hat sogar ein Stetoskop gebracht, um die Tiere besser zu sehen. Sie geben sich sehr mühe, einen wundervollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder zu euch.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful setting, with wonderful hotel staff.
The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Superb english. The hotel is on a lovely plot, with all the facilities we needed and surrounded by jungle. Breakfast each morning was incredible, and poolside/evening meals just as good. Such a bonus being less than a 10 minute drive into town and also well located for all the day trips we took. Enjoyed the little frog tour on our first night within the grounds.
Only downside for us was that the room next door to ours was being worked on, so during the day the workmen were busy. Didn't affect us most days as we were out, but on the occasion we sat on the terrace to read, the peace was disturbed. But really, nothing else to complain about!

A wonderful stay, thanks to an amazing team!
We had a wonderful time at Tifakara and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful, and it was exactly what we were hoping for in La Fortuna. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming and always happy to help. A special thank you goes to Kevin, who made our stay so pleasant. He took care of everything we needed, always with a smile, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would gladly come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Arenal area. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
