Insgesamt eine große Wohnung, die für uns allerdings zu düster wirkt.
Die Wohnung liegt günstig zur Altstadt von Modena. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Töpfe und jede Menge unnützer Requisiten. Ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, aber hier beginnt schon das Negative.
Weder für den Geschirrspüler noch für die Waschmaschine sind Waschpulver oder Tabs vorhanden und somit kaum nutzbar. Oder soll man für eine Wäsche oder einen Geschirrspüler Gang ein Paket Waschmittel kaufen? Von jedem Zimmer gehen Fenster auf den Innenhof hinaus, der eng und dunkel ist. Somit wirkt die Wohnung auch bei Sonnenschein ziemlich düster und kellermäßig. hier müsstet die Wohnung einiges an Gemütlichkeit ein. Die Decken, vor allem in der Küche sind sehr niedrig und man muss sich sogar manchmal bücken.

Die Lage zur Altstadt, die Terracotta Gewölbe Decken in den Räumen. Die Sauberkeit. Für zwei Personen gute Platzverhältnisse.
Bei über 33 Grad Außentemperatur, kommt die Klimaanlage an ihre Grenzen.
