Mairi was the loveliest host and her dog Paolo made our stay unforgettable! The house is a dream and the views are fantastic, rooms are comfortable, cozy and the breakfast was also really good. 10/10 stay

I would love to come back to the Isle of Skye so that I could see Maree and Paulo again!
Maree has such a lovely personality and was so welcoming and gracious. She gave us great information about the area with suggestions for dinner and where to visit. She made good suggestions for where to go on a day that was very rainy. The property was charming and restful with great views and wonderful amenities and artfully decorated. I appreciated the towel warmers, the makeup mirror, the beverage station in the room and the lovely dog that was so very charming. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty selections. It was healthy and flavorful in a gorgeous setting that made for serene meal. Maree was so lovely to make us a pot of decaf coffee after coming in from a rainy day needing something hot and cozy. Everything about the stay was perfect!
There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like! The stay was exactly what we needed…a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Isle. Even the rain didn’t spoil our time there although it did add a challenge for driving!

Good food and lovely host
Lovely small b and b with amazing host . Couldn’t ask for a more helpful owner and lovely views from the breakfast room - saw otters one morning.
Nothing to criticise, it’s an older Scottish house so expect quirky stairs

Charming Stay by the Water
Mairi was so kind and she had the cutest little greeter Paulo. Although we were mainly out exploring the bed was comfy and the breakfast was great! Mairi even made sure we had breakfast to go on the day we set out on our hikes early. We enjoyed our stay so much despite the rainy weather. Thank you Mairi and Paulo!
