Fabrice and his wife are amazing hosts who have made a little paradise on "their" part of the island. The food is great, the staff is very friendly and the puppy called Bug and his two cat friends are adorable. There is a reef a couple of hundred metres outside the hotel, the hotel lets you use their snorkeling sets for free. Also a shoutout to Fabrice his dad, who was always in for a little joke and will tell you amazing tales. Nice to know, the village is walking distance along the coast line.
The water pressure in some rooms is typically Madagascar-like, not too well. But then again, this is true for the entire country.

Don’t bother
Nice views over the ocean
The door to the apartment wouldn’t lock, the shower wouldn’t drain and flooded the whole bathroom. There was no bathroom door, only a flimsy curtain so no privacy. The villas are basically open with a large gap between the top of the walls and roof but there aren’t screens etc to keep bugs out. There’s no turn down service to get mosquito nets in place. A giant cockroach crawled across me in bed during the night. The site is not properly landscaped and is unsafe. Poor lighting at night and bushes over growing paths meant I walked off the edge of a patch and fell badly down a large (metre) gap, badly injuring myself. It’s also very far from anything but not peaceful and relaxing as hoards of American youths are sat around on the paths on their phones all the time. The couple of sun loungers they do have don’t even have pads on them for comfort. Oh and then they ripped us off at check out and massively overcharged my husband.

Stosunek gospodarza do gości.

A real sense of island life (paradise) where you can kick off your shoes for your stay and relax
Lovely little bungalows with stunning views, sunsets and for turtle spotting. Gorgeous location to swim and snorkel. Amazing breakfast and restaurant on site for other meals. Nice walk to the local Village for souvenir/curio shopping and the du Parc Lemuriens. Fabrice and his team can arrange transfers and offer useful advice on excursions.
Rooms are not serviced on a daily basis which would be nice A small fridge in the room would be good as if you leave any "snacks" open the ants will find it No credit card facilities on site so paying can be tricky if you don't arrive with cash or can't do eft to foreign bank account.
