No hot water during the entire stay and promised refund never received
The view
I had a very disappointing experience with this property. On the first evening, I discovered that there was no hot water. I contacted the property management and was told to reset the boiler. I followed their instructions, but it did not solve the problem. The next day, a technician came to inspect the boiler and confirmed that the issue was serious and could not be fixed. As a result, I spent all four days of my stay without hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I paid for accommodation with basic facilities. The property management promised to refund 20% of the total booking cost as compensation for the inconvenience. However, I never received the promised refund. It is extremely disappointing that such a basic necessity was unavailable throughout my entire stay and that the management failed to honour their promise. I would not recommend this property, especially to anyone expecting reliable facilities and responsible customer service.

Proprietate spațioasă și dotată cu tot ce trebuie.
Deși există AC în living, aerul rece nu ajunge și în dormitor, iar la +30 grade, este necesar!!! Nu există plase de țânțar la ferestre. Puțin deranjant este și drumul pe scurtătură către locație (sunt broaște, șopârle etc). Nu este ceva foarte deranjant, însă ar fi fost puțin mai bine dacă există o alee amenajată/corespunzatoare. Cred ca atunci când plouă acesta devine impracticabilă. Per total, totul a fost foarte bine!

Loved the view
I loved the jacuzzi bathtub the most, it was perfect for warming up in the cold weather during my stay. The nice kitchen, comfortable bed & of course, the stunning lake view were all wonderful bonuses! The communication with the rental agents was also very good; they were always available with prompt responses & quick solutions.
The location was great, but the road to get there was really narrow (two-way street in the stretch where the flat was located) & parking was a mission with my rental car. Lugging my heavy suitcase up the stairs at arrival & fetching the car to load the suitcase on departure was also a major pain
