    Misrepresented property with poor maintenance and uncomfortable accommodation.

    Nothing unfortunately

    Unfortunately, this property was nothing like the photos or the standard advertised. The apartment was dusty, tired and poorly maintained. The mattresses were extremely thin, and you could clearly feel the springs, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The sofa also seeps in. The bathroom was old, with visible mould, limescale, grime and in need of refurbishment, toilet bowl brown instead and just smelt of urine. The whole apartment smelt stale too. For £315 plus a holding deposit, this represented extremely poor value for money. The listing photographs are misleading and do not accurately reflect the condition of the property. I raised my concerns with the host immediately he said he will refund but I must give a positive review. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made. Booking.com should review whether this listing accurately represents the accommodation being offered.

    The only negative point are the beds, they are not very comfortable and make a lot of noise
