We would like to inform you of the following updates regarding the cable car operations: Cable car timing will from 9AM TO 5 PM. • On 28h April 2026, the cable car will be open for day operations only. • On 29 and 30 April 2026, the cable car will remain closed due to maintenance issues. During the closure period, guests are kindly requested to travel by road.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

    BAD experience in bold letters.

    Food was good.

    It was not first time, we all have visited this place but this time the reception boy Rihaan got pathetic explanation of not giving us room . And when I told him that the room has got not sleepers and no hand towel. He told it is on call. But out of 5 rooms , 03 rooms were having all the facilities. The rooms are old and needs painting and change of sanitary fitting. The old people from our group were walking and there was noone holds manner to offer them carts, even they were passing empty. In the bar, there was only one person to entertain, we were pulling our chairs and creating space to sir together. Overall, it was bad experience. Will not recommend anyone. Big “NO” to you .

    My regretful stay at Heights at Timber Trail, Parwanoo

    Courteous Staff, good and prompt services.

    Very poor anbience of the Age Old decor, furniture and poor maintenance of rooms and furniture. Same old furniture, which was there in 1991. Doors not locking automatically; A/c not upto mark; washroom in a pathetic condition; storage almirahs age old types; Once you are up on heights, no coming back without extra payments, you get stuck for whole evening and night since you are allowed only one to and fro free ride in cable car; either you spend additional Rs. 1050/- per passenger for cable car or spend more than Rs. 3000/- for a one hour taxi ride to come down each time to the base. RIDICULOUS. Very limited Menu. No outside food or drinks allowed. Seems like a house arrest. Would never recommend to stay there.
