Great base for the family in Osaka.
A great stay. Spotlessly clean and space for everyone. Communication and key collection process was excellent. We arrived a little early and were grateful to be able to leave our bags. As with Japan in general, environment felt very safe. The location was very quiet, too. A couple of minutes walk to Shoji station, which was ideal for getting around. A great base for us to visit Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. Thankyou!
No issues at all.
