    The location. The couch and the kitchen. The porch.

    The beds were small. The bathroom was very small. There was no backdoor to the garden. There were no closets. The garden was not maintained well. Too much decoration in the house.

    My Only suggestion is to get a microwave - would make it easier for guests to warm up Coffee, or make popcorn etc
