The apartment was clean and there was ample parking. There kitchen was well equipped. I was facilitated with a late check out on the last day.

The specific building address was not provided prior to check in. I had to watch a video and work out how to find the lock box and the apartment. The lift was not working in the building which was difficult with a buggy. The travel cot was not there when I arrived, I had confirmed a few times that it would be with the host. This was hugely disruptive with a baby arriving at night time. The apartment was cold at night even with the heater and air conditioning on.
