    When we arrived, the room we had originally booked had no key, so we were moved to another unit. Unfortunately, the alternative unit was not in an acceptable condition. It was very dusty, and we also found a cockroach in the room. There was no toilet paper or towel provided. Furthermore, our room was not cleaned the following day, and no cleaning staff or cleaning supplies were provided for us to maintain the room ourselves. We travelled specifically for work and had work to do during our stay, so we expected a clean, comfortable and properly serviced room. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation made our stay very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
