  So bad! :(

  ⭐ 1/10 – Avoid this place – Extremely disappointing I strongly regret choosing this accommodation. This was an extremely unpleasant experience from beginning to end, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. The host was extremely rude, unfriendly and disrespectful. From the moment we arrived, his attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I also felt that we were treated differently because of our race, which I found completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. The listing clearly stated that contactless check-in was available, yet the host personally came to meet us when we arrived. This was not what was advertised, and his behaviour during our arrival made the situation even more uncomfortable. Another very serious issue was the deposit. When we arrived, the host suddenly asked us for additional money as a security deposit. This requirement was not clearly stated anywhere on the Booking.com listing or in the booking conditions that we were shown when making the reservation. We were therefore completely unprepared for this unexpected additional payment. Any deposit or additional mandatory charge should be clearly disclosed to guests before they make a reservation, not requested unexpectedly upon arrival. Another major issue is that the host’s parents live in the same house. We felt like we could not even have a normal conversation or behave naturally because we were constantly worried that we might disturb them. This completely defeats the purpose of booking a place where you expect to have privacy and feel comfortable. This arrangement should be made absolutely clear in the listing before guests book. The property itself was also misleadingly presented. On Booking.com it appeared to be an apartment, but in reality it is a house in a rural area outside the city. There is also a railway immediately next to the property, and the trains were constantly disturbing us. The noise was especially unpleasant when trying to sleep.
