Ok
The bed, linen and towels were excellent.
We arrived in the dark and there is no lights on the front gate to show you have arrived no street lights so complete darkness. Went to the tiny house and once again no outside lights had to use the torch on our phone.

It was okay but a little more care could have been given to the facilities outside as they were dishevelled.
Gas bottle was empty so no hot water for shower first morning.

A comfortable option for Boorowa.
The bed was super comfy and because the tiny house is on a property it was very quiet.
The property was difficult to identify no signage and a small number on the gate post. The grass was overgrown at the farm gate and it felt as though we were trespassing.
