    Perfect place to stay and great value

    What a lovely place to stay. Two minute walk to the centre, beautiful little house that had everything you could need. Immaculately clean, comfy bed, great shower and great value for money. Perfect, plus Victoria, the owner is just so helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

    Easy walking distance to good cafes and restaurants and a nice part of Napier, was easy to get parking right outside.

    Not soundproofed so could hear music / talking from the neighboring house.

    Very satisfied

    Location is perfect. There was a small booklet made by the owner that clearly listed accommodation information and restaurant/cafe/bar details for the area, which was very helpful to us. The kitchen has a very complete selection of seasonings.

    The bathroom sink seems too small. There's no light source above the stove. Of course, these are minor issues; overall, it's a very suitable cabin for two people.

    Everything was wonderful. Loved this cosy tiny home. It was very comfortable with everything we needed...... oops except a washing machine, but a laundromat just down the road 😊. Great location, lovely wee cottage yard for morning cuppa.
