4 pisos por escalera, el baño afuera, a 19 metros de la habitación. El agua de la ducha tibia.
La ubicación.
El baño fuera de la habitación, al aire libre. Había que caminar por los menos 20 pasos para llegar al baño. Eso son al menos 19 metros.

No mucho, la relación precio calidad es pésima
El anuncio no dice que el baño está afuera a 40 metros y que es compartido, además la disque "cocina" no tiene lavabo y finalmente, evaden impuestos porque no facturan

Exceptional
This is a tiny little apartment with a separate bathroom (requires walking outdoors on the rooftop terrace to get there). It is not luxurious by any means, there is no running water in the room (but of course in the bathroom), but for this price (I paid ~30 US$ per night) it's absolutely perfect for a week or two. The main selling point is that it's walking distance to everything in Roma.
Of course an en suite bathroom is nicer.

Great location and Wifi
Great location. Strong wifi
AC was broken but I did get a fan which was suffiecient. There isn't a lift and I was lucky I didn't have my luggage on me.
