    + ruhige Lage + wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt + schöne Altbau-Wohnung mit modernen Möbeln und Ausstattung + viel Platz + tolles Badezimmer + super Küche + Balkon

    - Lichter- und Steckdosenverteilung teilweise nicht ganz optimal. Empfehlung: eigene Steckerleiste mitbringen - Keine vollwertigen Kleiderschränke, nur ganz einfache offene Schränke vorhanden

    the apartment is really clean and modern, the beds are comfortable as well.

    It is clean, spacious and close to the city center. All facilities are in place and public transport in 1 min availability.

    Bed and living rooms look on very busy crossroad. The traffic starts at 5 am, so if you don't like noise it is absolutely no go.
