Comfortable room but terrible management and dirty toilet
I would like to share my honest feedback about our stay.There were many positive aspects..the room was very large and comfortable,the bed was nice and the balcony was big and relaxing.Since it is a self check-in property,they provided all the necessary information accurately before our arrival.Also,even though the street lamp outside wasn't working and the street was dark,we felt safe because there is a Berlin Doner restaurant downstairs that stays open late.
However, we experienced two very serious issues regarding cleanliness and communication. First, the toilet was dirty when we arrived. Even though I informed the host on our second day,sent pics and gave full permission to clean,no one came during our stay.Second and most importantly, Michel gave us a written confirmation for a free late check out until 5:00 pm.But due to lack of communication within your team,the cleaner entered the apartment early and cleared out our belongings.To make it worse,Michel messaged me around 4 pm saying, "You left your luggage in the room," completely forgetting that he and Kamel had already permitted us to stay until 5 PM!When we returned,we found out that the cleaner had thrown away some food,vitamins,medications and is critical prescription EPILEPSY medication into the trash. We literally had to look through the trash to find medications.Throwing away a guest's life saving medications before their confirmed check out time is dangerous,illegal and completely unacceptable.We appreciated the comfort of the apartment but this level of miscommunication and the loss of our medications was highly disappointing.

Better than I was expecting !
Room was well quipped (apart from the lack of a bottle opener !) Really comfy bed and shower was clean. There was no toilet roll though which we didn't realise until the supermarkets had closed ! Wi-fi went off on second day but no major drama ! We walked to the Acropolis in around 25/30 minutes which was good.
The Athens Graffiti plague...lovely city ruined by it in places.
