Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito.Collegato bene con il centro di Tirana e a tt i servizi, proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa anche se con contatti telefonici però sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda e incertezze
Poco chiaro sulla spiegazione di Netflix visto che per vederlo era a pagamento e mancanza della macchinetta del espresso

Vicino al centro ma…
La posizione, ottima vicino al centro! Letto comodo
La casa è all’interno di uno stabile fatiscente , trasandato dove non funziona neanche la luce L’appartamento dalle foto sembra ristrutturato in realtà andrebbe data una bella rinfrescata alle pareti perché appena entri in casa si sente odore di muffa e chiuso( anche se loro lasciano la finestra aperta) Il divano emanava un cattivo odore, la cappa della cucina era unta (stoviglie pulite tranne le tazze della colazione) nel bagno il soffione della doccia in alto non funzionava funzionava solo la doccetta a mano con tanto di filo scoperto, muffa nei lati del box doccia e muffa dietro al lavandino del bagno. Ovviamente il costo del soggiorno non è alto pertanto non si può pretendere troppo Aria condizionata solo in soggiorno con motore che emette un rumore impegnativo, parete che divide l’appartamento accanto (sempre in affitto) come se fosse di carta, si sentono tutti i rumori ed il motore del condizionatore dell’appartamento accanto e sotto la finestra della camera pertanto il rumore è assordante (soprattutto di notte) infissi che non isolano ( non c’è spazio per la valigia se non per terra in camera )

Great location, clean
Uncomfortable bed, noisy neighbours The walls so thin heard the noise of the street,loud bangings from the building and sound of mosque all night
