    Loved loved the venue. Could have spent more than 2 nights. Especially loved overlooking the quiet gardens from the breakfast and dinner tables. Staff were lovely, welcome drink on arrival. and most helpful with a personal dilemma not of their doing.

    Arrival and bag assistance could be better coordinated, or the way to organise this specified, as the 2 young attendants only turned up after our long walk dragging bags. Perhaps instructions, or the Garden Entry Gate staff could provide communication.

    Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

    De nostalgische sfeer, rust en geweldige ligging binnenin de watertuinen: je kan de tuinen na sluiting en voor openingstijd in alle rust bezoeken.

    De kamer die we hadden was volledig gesloten en nogal donker en klassiek: in de badkamer noch in de slaapkamer kon er een raam opengezet worden behalve de dubbele inkomdeur met zicht op het zwembad. Voordeel was wel dat de airco goed werkte.

    A very special hotel in a unique location we will return.

    Fantastic location inside the water gardens giving free access at all times. The public miss the best bit at night when the gardens become magical. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially The receptionist Jontil. We had the Raja Villa which had one of the most comfortable beds we have used.

    There was nothing we didn’t like.

    Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam, Probleme (Reparaturen) werden sofort erledigt Frühstück war sehr gut, nachmittags gibt’s Kaffee/Tee inkl balinesische Süßspeisen Abends den wassertempel für sich zu haben ist super Perfekter startpunkt für Unternehmungen in der Gegend, man kann in 20min zu den reisterassen etwas weiter die Straße rauf laufen
