Lovely, well-decorated hotel in a nice part of Szeged.
Very friendly staff. Nice quiet location.
There should have been more privacy for the bathroom area - you could see the toilet from the bed.

Schreckliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption
Zimmer und Hotel in gutem Zustand und sauber, Hotel nett dekoriert.
Die Betten sind megahart. Ich habe zu Hause eine harte Matratze und bin daran gewöhnt, aber das war eher ein Brett auf dem ich gelegen bin. Größtes Problem das Personal und die Kommunikation. Bei der Reservierung wird die voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit angegeben, am Anreisetage fragt das Hotel, wann wir denn kommen... Wer lesen kann, ist klar im Vorteil. Da wir sehr spät angereist sind, haben wir um eine Stunde späteren Check out gebeten. Der Mitarbeiter meinte, das sollte kein Problem sein... Zur Abreise klopfte und klingelte eine Mitarbeiterin im 5 Minuten Takt - weil es müssen 12 Zimmer geputzt werden, für neue Anreisen. Warum nicht ein anderes vorher putzen? Sie haben eine Reihenfolge. Soviel Unflexibiltät und Entschuldigung Blödheit hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Auch wie wenig emphatisch diese Person stur ununterbrochen geklopft hat. Es war nichts los, niemand war beim Check in verzögert oder hat gewartet. Wahrscheinlich war ihr nur langweilig... Wir haben das Zimmer letztendlich 30 Minuten vor der vereinbarten Zeit verlassen, damit sie ihre Reihenfolge einhalten konnte. Aber diese Mitarbeiterin sollte sich besser ein Bürojob in einem Amt suchen - im Umgang mit Gästen ist sie absolut fehl am Platz. Für 4 Sterne ein absolutes NoGo, da muss das menschliche Stimmen und das war hier nicht gegeben. Inkompetenz hoch 10!
