    Excellent stay at Titanic City Hotel! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and every request was handled promptly. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. Special thanks to Ercan and the entire team for their wonderful hospitality!

    The localisation is excellent Just a 5min walk from the metro and istiklal street. The staff were friendly especially the lady responsible for clraning and tidying the rooms, who was wonderful I had a small issue during my stay but the management handled it professionally and apologized with a thoughtful letter znd some fresh fruit in my room I truly appreciated the kind gesture and their efforts to make things right

    The only small area for improvement would be communication with the staff. It would be appreciated if the staff made a little more effort to understand and communicate with guests who do not speak Turkish. This would make the stay even more pleasant for international visitors.

    We had a lovely stay in a convenient location and would consider staying here again.

    The location was great and very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    There wasn’t anything major that I didn’t like.

    Emplacement et service petit déjeuner

    A l'arrivée on nous informe que le hammam est accessible de 10 a 22h mais une fois sur place on nous autorise pas l'accès une réservation étant nécessaire. Piscine sauna reste cependant accessible sans réservation
